After months of basically begging hospitals for jobs in this recession-stricken, hiring frozen Texas Medical Center, I would estimate maybe a 1/3 - 1/2 of my class have jobs. There are just NO POSITIONS available. Outlier hospitals don't wanna spend the money to train new GN's, and wanna hire experienced RN's
