sadly to say...this is often true. although there definitely are conservatives in ca who give the rest of us a bad name :-)

Amen sister! Sometimes it's really hard to stand your ground and not give in to liberals. But, I think that makes you a stronger person. If all else fails, you've got two conservatives to back you up any time in Towngirl!

It's called the Bruin Standard. First issue just came out. I'm not sure it's being given out...I just now it landed in my room...probably from my conservative roomies :-p

I've never been very vocal about any of my views, but I've always felt that when it comes to religion and politics a persons views were there own. It can be enlightening to have a discourse with someone and learn more about the issues, but more often then not 'No you're wrong' starts to set it and it's just an argument then.

I like the 'you're to smart to be conservative'. Funny stuff.
