Help!

I need a student loan for my Nursing school...does anyone know how they work? Can you explain it to me in the gist? I was informed yesterday that I got bumped up in the nursing program and now am in a hurry to get my things together....SOS Help! :)

Did you submit a FAFSA? You need to do that to get Federal aid (loans or grants). Otherwise, if you need a private loan to cover the expenses that Federal aid doesn't carry, you would just apply like any other loan through somewhere like Citibank or Sallie Mae.

Yeah I filled out a FAFSA but this time I don't qualify for anything...but I think I just have to go talk to my counselor.....but THANKS SO MUCH! :)
