I picked Memory, but I think it's a toss up. I mean, the memory is more fun, but depending on what the item is, something tangible could be kept forever and be it's own memory.

I love fun things with friends that I'll remember forever... and I love taking tons of pictures... and then looking back on them later. I think thats the best part.
