I can has sadness.

My power went out last night. We were having pretty severe, tornado-warning kind of weather last night (apparently we had a state of emergency. that's scary.), and for the first time in years the power went out. At 9:30 PM. And stayed out until I don't know when, because I was asleep.

So I missed the deadline on the Pattern Event.

Eh... maybe. I dunno. :/ I feel like the end times are there for a reason, you know? And it's not like I couldn't have finished and submitted it earlier. It's just really crap luck that it turned out the way it did.

We could really use the points though... gah. IDK. Maybe I'll shoot her a PM and see what she says about it.

Thanks. Yeah, it was kind of nuts! Luckily no tornadoes touched down too close to us, but my mom was driving in the thunderstorm and we were all kind of freaking out.

I was hoping for an extra extension because a tornado is really not fair and people mighthave been ready to post but lost power. Would be a punishment for them and since this challenges is so much work it would be really harsh to just say 'well bad luck for you then'

Thanks slept well and go to read more fanfic for voting and make the puzzles. Will be at home and the internet there needs to be treated carefully so I'll try just to use it for the Bingo.
