Does anyone know if there is a community on LJ or maybe a guide somewhere online to pigg.ameba.jp? I love the site but it's difficult for me since it's all in Japanese

Have you tried Meromero Park? It is linked to Ameba.
We have a guide at meropar and I am more than willing to give advice. The little meros have such cute dress ups, and kirarin (like jewels) is slowly attainable for free, so you don't have to spend. xD This is my mero.
