Hilarious! I *think* I Capture the Kessel is my favorite, though I'd probably change my mind if I read the list again ;)

Yeah, that one's probably my favourite too. Although I am a pretty big fan of The Sound and the Fleury and A Farewell to Arneil (just because it was so topical at the time, what with him just being fired).

I HAVE FEELINGS ABOUT ALL THE THINGS! NOT LEAST OF WHICH INVOLVES THE TRADING AWAY OF A CERTAIN ROOKIE THAT I HAD DEVELOPED SIGNIFICANT ATTACHMENT TOWARDS. :(

The Sound & the Fleury is pretty genius (and obviously close to my heart).

That trade totally shocked me & I don't even follow the Canucks all that closely! What was their reasoning??? (Otherwise...how underwhelming was the trade deadline this year? A bit bummed by the Colorado/San Jose trade, but other than that trade & the Canucks' move it was a rather ZZZZZZZ-worthy day.)

Yeah... I was at work and actually had to take a moment to compose myself. It was pretty shocking. Funnily enough, when the Pahlsson trade came through, and there were rumours of another trade, I kind of went through the roster in my head, and was all... "but now we have 6 centres? That's not going to work..." And all i could think of was maybe Hodgson would have to go since he is a pretty terrible winger. But then it actually happened... Ugh. idk. I guess it's for the best? I just feel bad for the guy, because Buffalo. (But if i'm honest with myself, he never really had much of a future with the Canucks, what with Henrik and Kesler being ahead of him on the centre depth chart...)

Yeah, the deadline was kind of underwhelming right up until the end there. It was hardly the mayhem I was expecting.
