Travis' wrist problems were caused by a combination of not enough protein and tight neck muscles (make sure to stretch your whole upper body). My sister's wrist problems were caused by not enough Vitamin D (if you get your D levels checked, they should be in the 50s, not 30s). No, I'm not a doctor. I'm just around people with problems!
i do notice that a massage alleviates the problem a little. i finally bought a small piece of azurite today, too. i will follow instructions from the cherokee tribe to use that to alleviate tendonitis as well. i'll also follow the physical therapist's advice. no reason to use just one method, right?
