I just baked a huge batch of chocolate chip cookies. They're nice and chewy. I made some last week but they had too much brown sugar in them... and they were too hard. So I decided to give it another shot this afternoon, and they came out well. I'll keep half the batch for us and give the rest to Josh and his parents, though I think he may be
