I'm sure once you get there, you will be counting the days until you get to come home. I think it is great that you get to spend a semester in France. What an opportunity.

I'm excited to a point but it's going to be strange not to be able to see anyone. I'll have the Internet and a phone line, so keeping in touch won't be a problem, and the time will fly by.

But I'm sure I'll have an internal countdown going of how much time is left until I come home. I think it's only 20 weeks or something similar, and in the grand scheme of things, that's not long at all.
