our apts aren't too bad. they have a lot of windows which I like. i try not to include the pool which is right outside our window and has a CHAIN LINK FENCE around it. pretty sweet.
you didn't comment on trans-siberian orchestra
and the weird thing is...is that the tree i'm standing by is only 5 ft tall! WHAT?!?!??!
liar. that tree is like two-three stories high, i'm sure. but you are still very smallish bear. (smallish bear... remember? brother bear? get it? oh forget you)
oh yes WHEN THEY SING IT'S SO, SO BAD. i like the one called wizard something. the wizard of christmas, lol. i forget.
aw how cool! i havent been in the snow since i was.... 7?!?! my lj is basically dead but i come on once in a great while! haha oh yea, go see Golden Compass!~ its sooo good!!!! my demon/daemon is a cat!~ (you'll get it after you see the movie)
you should start updating again! or at least keep me updated haha. And I think we're going to see the golden compass hopefully this weekend, turned out we didn't have time this week. boooo! how is your kitty doing?
Have you gotten used to the snow yet? This is my second winter in the midwest, and it's not so bad when it snows a lot and I am indoors. It can get a little scary being out on the streets driving and cars are sliding around all over the place.
I think I am actually getting used to how cold it is. When my boyfriend and I went to Minneapolis a month ago, I didn't have to wear a hood or hat or anything and it was just as cold there as it was here in Chicago. I've found wearing stretch pants under regular pants (jeans or whatever) really works.
For holiday music I really love Bing Crosby and Vince Guaraldi. I have the song "Skating" on my Myspace. Haha.
Oh man! i feel the exact same way. i actually like it a lot, but driving in it freaks me out!!! The snow is the worst so far, my car has slid about 4 times already. nooo good. and thanks for your tip about the stretch pants! The only problem I've been having is keeping my legs warm whenever i go outside for any prolonged period of time. awesome!
My two favorites, or even three favorite christmas artists are Nat King Cole, Johnny Mathis, and the beach boys...ha!!
