No ... Kiwiburn is not for me, but I've had a similarly intense, psychadelic, and at times, ridiculous experience.
First up was 5 days in Hong Kong, performing for a corporate awards ceremony. I swear, I have no idea what was going through the clients' heads. Here is an example.
This is part of a projection that they looped over and over, using pictures of their award trophies. Now the trophies themselves were actually quite nice ... but do you see what I see in the projected image?
And even better, they did some really clever video overlay work. Poor quality vid, but you get the idea ...

Also, creative solutions to cutlery problems. These things actually work:
paintbrushes for chopsticks - hurray!!!
pot noodles with a toothbrush - hurray!!
Then it was back home for the Festival of the Elements in Porirua and the Sevens opening and closing ceremonies.
Festival of the elements was lovely, though a tense few moments when I was upside down in the tissu and a giant flower fell and got caught on my arse.
Sevens ... lots of fun ... OMG tacky! But hey the crowd loved it, or at least they made a lot of noise like they loved it, and I had my first ever experience of being booed, by thousands of people no less! (Lucky me got assigned to enter with the Australian team).
Now I am officially knackered and feeling very strange about coming back to normal life.
