Watching that gives me understanding of what you mean when you talk about where you look and how it shows interaction with the equipment.

Yeah, it's interesting to watch - I have a tendency to interact well with the equipment, but less well with the outside world - e.g. there's a bit where I'm walking forward and looking at the ground, where it would be so much prettier if I was looking out horizonwards. This is why I love/hate video-critiquing myself ... painful, but really useful!
