Sam, I'm as crazy as you are, after I talked to you, I was like hhmmm lots of enrgy, I ended up doing 400 crunches, 200 push u-ups, lifting weights for a half hour, and then I ran on my treadmill...........I think there is a disease going around lol
wow now I feel wicked lazy and out of shape. Let's see I got up ate crackers cleaned the house ate pasta then went to practice (sat and watched) then came home and ate pizza.
