Craziness...

So I just found out this morning, that effective Monday, my whole group is being reorganized to report to a different manager and director. We have no idea what this will mean for our group but it's going to be an interesting transition. I don't understand how everything changes so fast but they never let us know until so late in the game

What would I be qualified to do? Pay range?
