Accomplishment

It's just a step on a long journey - but pictures taken of me at Thanksgiving finally prompted a change in my eating habits. I originally set my first goal as loosing 10 pounds by Christmas, mostly because I did well the first week in December. A very stressful week made me realize that goal wasn't necessarily realistic, so I decided to shoot for ( Read more... )

Unfortunately the first 1/2 of January has not helped me move forward on my goal. Trying to turn my mindset back around so I can still be successful by the end of February. I found a Zumba class to try on Thursday nights at 7:30. Of course Mike will be home this week so I can go, but has tech the following week... I'm going to stop thinking about it all now, as the anxiety builds, and see if doing a puzzle with the kids helps.
