Leaky ceiling

I have a leak, or rather the flat does. Through the ceiling which means there's nothing I can do about it as it is actually my neighbour's leak. I will have to make yet another insurance claim, new bedroom carpet and redecoration in the lobby are already needed. I am having nightmares about the ceiling collapsing. Will it be my insurance that

I would have thought that your insurance company would investigate the cause of the damage and claim from the other person's insurance company... Shitty neighbours. Want me to come over and kick them in the shin?

Well, looks like redecoration will be paid for by the managing agent's insurance company anddepending on what happened, I'll either claim for the new carpet or claim through them. It's not the guy above me but the people above him!!! Evidently his carpet is just sodden which is why it's leaking through. The plumber managed to find the water supply though and has turned that off.

I now have lovely brown stains on my ceilings. Nice. Can you kick Brad/Marc in the shins instead please?
