They are really nice, but when I lived there there seemed to be cops there a lot =/ but always at the same place... so if you go there, dont get an Apt up front to the right of the leasing office. Its right across from target though!!! The Oaks is my favorite apt complex on Monument, but they did tell me you had to make 3 times the rent.. =/

You can always find a privately owned apartment...they tend to be cheaper and much more lenient on the requirements. Also:

*No speedbumps
*No hoodrats detailing their cars for five hours every Saturday, blasting bass out of their cars
*Less people
*Non-complex apartments have more character

You can drive around some of the neighborhoods and find these places...
