I got a phone call from Applebee's. From the GM of the franchise group from southern Mississippi. He asked me to relay to him what happened. Apologized profusely. Told me that nursing mothers are ALWAYS welcome in all Applebee's restaurants. Told me that all of his staff will be educated on the topic. Then said he hoped I hadn't lost any ( Read more... )

Glad to hear it.I am actually not surprised they called you directly. I've known a few others that have had to deal with the corporate office and they always take complaints seriously.
