I'm getting a puppy!

I put a deposit down on a German Shepherd puppy today. She's only 3 weeks old, so I won't get to bring her home for another month or so, but that gives me time to get ready for her. I'll get to bring her home just in time for my birthday too! Here's some pictures that the breeder had posted on her website:

The breeder said she tries to get at least 1 picture of all the puppies each week and that she's send me any pictures she takes, so I'll definitely add more pictures as I get them. I'm so excited! This next month is going to go by sooo slowly!

Oh, don't I know it. I feel like the next 3 months are going to drag for me. ;) I can't wait to see more pictures. And I love the name Isla!

Haha, yes! Someone got the reference!!! The funny thing is, if I do choose to go with Inara, this will be the 2nd dog I've named after a character on a Joss Whedon show (a dog we had when I was in high school I named Angel, after the vampire. lol. I originally wanted to name her Willow, but no one else like that name, so I suggested Angel instead. haha).

Willow is my grandma's name! But she changed it to Willa because she didn't like it, even though Willow is a way cooler name.

Inara was awesome but sorry, I was a fan of River.
