just make sure you get enough protein. it's hard to be an athlete and a vegan at the same time. vegitable protein is all incomplete, so u need to make sure that you eat the right combinations of things to get all the amino acids your body needs.

hummus
luna bars
soymilk
edamame
protein shakes
soy yogurt
and i have all of those every day...don't worry about me, I'm on top of things!
