Woohoo! Top Gear (US) is renewed! I'd suggest it to anybody who likes cars (and even some who don't). See it on History channel.

I feel a little wierd advocating a TV show, but what the heck, I still like it a lot.

Yeah, I'm feeling a bit of baited and switched with how black the comedy is getting to be. It was not always like this, even after the reboot. I'm pretty sure I could use the old vids to prove it even.

As the show gets more and more popular, the guys get worse and worse. I don't think the off-color jokes are what is fueling the popularity, but rather it's the popularity that is fueling the off-color jokes.

It all comes off smelling desperate.
