in 2 weeks we leave for UNC Charlotte! i'm really soo excited. at the same time i'm really worried. it's been a long winter of practice and we still have so much to work on. granted, hardly ever team is ever ready for their first game, but i guess with all the drama that's been going on it seems we're even further away from where we should be at

be a leader and call a team meeting...write a letter...something...its not fair that others take the focus off the goal with their own personal problems...good thing i introduced you to livejournal so that you can vent....p.s. any organization you work with will have some problem along these lines...it may come from the head coach/boss/supervisor or those who are supposed to be working with you...making people change is impossible..but if you stay focused on how you act and react others will see..no need to get nasty back...no need for silent treatments...cause it makes it worse..calmly express the way you feel...it will make you feel better and may reveal to others that their actions...and even something their silence...is not what the team needs. hope it works out.
