I got my butt out of bed this morning and made it to practice a few seconds late, but I was on time for the most part. I cannot update my rowing because I have nothing to update. I skipped last Wednesday because I had a test to study for. Friday was Fall Break, so no practice there. Yesterday I made the trek to rowing. I actually got there a few minutes early. It's great what a little planning can accomplish. I ran for ten minutes with the group and did the stretching exercises.
