Driving Rant
I hate driving during the day. People are idiots, and there are more of them when the sun is out.
I know, it's Black Friday weekend, and everybody's out and in a hurry. But there's one guy out there right now who is VERY lucky that I don't have the power to set people on fire with my mind.
I just turned off the main road onto the street where I live, and the guy behind me made the same turn. Fine, right? Except it's a 25mph side road, I'm doing 35, and the guy is still right on my ass. In fact, with the way he's drifting over to the left side of the lane, it looks like he's thinking about trying to pass me--and the road is a single lane in each direction, so Bad Plan right there. My driveway is a left-hand turn, so I put on my turn signal early enough to give the guy the heads-up to stop dicking around. He doesn't. I make my turn, taking it a little faster than I would have liked to, because I'm scared that if I brake too much he's gonna rear-end me--and when I do it, the asshole has the nerve to blast his horn at me, like I was the one doing something dangerous and illegal instead of him. Gragh.
Urge to kill... rising...
