I moved into the dorms on Saturday. I probably would've updated earlier, but the Internet has gone in and out since I've been here. Mostly out, really. Plus we have three people and two Internet jacks, which isn't a fun game. Our room is really nice, though, we don't feel crowded at all, and we've been pretty clean. Oh myyy, I'm so jealous!
I wanted to take Beginning German SO BAD! but it didn't fit in with my schedule. =[
I'm also taking Geography of the Changing world, what period do you have it?
And, what are you majoring in?

I have it MWF, fourth period. Shane is in my class, he sat behind me today, but I didn't say hi, because I didn't think he saw me. I'm majoring in Linguistics. All these crappy classes are Gen-Eds.

Do they make split adapters for the jacks? All the colleges around here have wireless internet.

No, it's apparently not that simple, we've already looked for one. /= You have to get a wired router, which we tried, but we couldn't get it to work, and when we called for tech support we were informed that those are prohibited.

Hey, laid back stuff is good. Usually the first couple of weeks are really stressful, so if you're having a decent time of it already, you're ahead of the game. Glad to know it's going well.

All the kids I work with at the high school who haven't been exempt from the Foreign Language requirement are all clamoring to take German - they'd envy you ;)
