On Passing Out

I've never been drunk or high enough to warrant passing out. Yeah, I've gotten tipsy. Yeah, I've had morphine in the hospital and other such pain meds that make you loopy and sick. But never black out drunk or recreationally high

That is frightening. *hugs* It's very true that the body will 'faint' in order to preserve itself. But Lord knows, that still causes fear and embarassment on our end. I actually have myself trained now to recognize the signs of faint, and then it's a matter of getting as vertical as possible as soon as possible.

This, though? This is like going on a mental trip while being aware of it at the same time. *shudders*

Part of my problem is I decided maybe I should just lay back and BAM down I went.

Thanks for hugs. At least the good news is the end result turned out pretty, and I was able to stick it out.
