I return to my room at Back End after enduring many days of rigorous touring in the British Isles and what do I find? A load of pirate costumes and props crowding out my space! What's going on?

Well, I guess it's good that all my friends are busy with each other right now. I might have to go on a golf tour soon. Gosh, I really don't want to leave. But I can't always have everything my way.

I played some golf today. I didn't do so well. I even hit one of the spectators in the leg Friday when I drove a ball. Usually by Saturday I'm heading up the leader board saving Sunday for the real killing.

Oh well. Maybe if I wear red I'll get lucky. Come on Sunday.

So now I have a home. I live in a wing of the Pantry Smial. Bingo had a small gathering of friends the other night and I got to see him and meet Elanor Gamgee and her baby AnaI think this will work out great. Well, I ran into Bingo over at the Bywater Monorail Station and he told me about this Party Field place. No one's around so I've been hitting a few golf balls around for fun. Such a beautiful day!

I've been staying up at the Great Smials. A nice place for a hobbit, yes indeed.
