Sounds, re-establishes a natural rhythms, creativity, building up our self esteem; this in turn liberates energy that is stagnant in our emotions, which helps release states of depression and anxiety and to keep our spirits young. Come and join Susana, as she will be working with sound and healings of the voice and heart. We will also be working with danza and icaro (dance and song). She incorporates the philosophy of oriental medicine (Nei-Jing) with Andean melodies and ceremonial drumming.

4. The Mongolian Orphan Project.
Here is an opportunity to help some of over 4,000 orphan children who live under the streets of Ulaanbaatar, with sometime in minus 40º F. Darima, our circle member, is going home in the middle of June and she would like to bring with her new and used clothes, blankets, vitamins, toys, books, school supplies etc. Monetary donations to purchase basic medicine will be appreciated. + We are looking to start a monthly Shamanic Films night. If you have or know of a space with large TV and a room big enough for 20 people please let Itzhak know.
+ The NYSC is in the process of becoming a not-for-profit organization.
