Some great stuff (by which I mean audio art/ephemera) from WFMU's Kenneth Goldsmith on a recent Papercuts. The Steve McLaughlin piece is just plain cool (and made me enjoy listening to the Beatles for the first time in ages), and the Robin Kahn is hysterically funny (and deeply, deeply familiar), but the real treat is the Sean Landers, which is ( Read more... )

No, the only recordings I have of Adorno being sung are the Brian Joseph Davis ones. Can you direct me thither?

God, I love that Adorno bit where he continually flubs the run in Gnossienne #1.
In general, too, I think I have a new role-model. A) He has great taste, B) His German may be worse than mine, and C) He's just so damn cool.
