Ages ago I asked about statements of teaching philosophy, and y'all were very helpful. I'm now looking at a position for which the employer requires separate statements of education philosophy and teaching philosophy. Anyone able to tell me the difference? I'm assuming that the former is more general - what the applicant believes students should

Maybe it was pretentious when you knew me, but over here it is the appropriate terminology, and saying 'pants' will just get you mocked.
