Thanks for that link. :) Your stew reminds me somewhat of my African Beef Stew which also has (among other things) yams and peanut butter. Tasty!

That reminds me I need to get some fresh cilantro to juice.

What are labeled as yams in US supermarkets are really just a variety of sweet potato so you did just fine.
