Neal is trapped at an airport in DC due to inept airport ticket operators. He got on a plane in Seattle last night around 11:30 and is still not in South Carolina. They had the nerve to tell him to calm down when Neal and his dad are trying to deal with a death and the airline fucked up the tickets. Don't forget it's daylight savings time, so

That's why I take Valium when I fly. Keeps me nice and calm and ready to deal with last minute fuck ups. If you expect the airlines to fail its such a pleasant surprise when you get to where you are going and have all your things.

Which DC airport? I am less than ten miles from dulles. National and BWI are not so handy, but if he ends up trapped in transit, he has a local resource. Give me a shout if I can assist.
