I had my second interview today. And at the end of it, I said no. I realize it will be less stress with 3 people doing all of the work that I do now, but I still think it'd be too much. Yeah, it was probably two months of hell, but you are at least informed enough to know that it's not what you want. Even though you may be questioning whether or not you did the right thing by turning down the job, I think you'll at least be able to say that you tried it.

But then there's the drama and the waiting on who's getting it. It's looking more and more everyday like it won't be someone within the dept...for either opening....lots of stories.
