Feelin' good

I'm feeling pretty awesome. I finally got around to going for a swim. I've been meaning to try and go a couple times a week since I came out here but I kept having things I needed to do (like foundation applications or orchestra rehearsals) that clashed with any of the sessions I could go to. Although even then, tonight almost didn't happen either!

i'm in a swimming fad just now too, keep my swimming stuff in the car and going a couple of nights a week after week, as there's a pool across from work where i am highly unlikely to know anyone which is great!

I went swimming the other week and I couldn't get in the zone like I used to. When I went swimming at school I could be there for hours because I would start thinking about other stuff and not notice how long I'd been there.
It's probably because I'm hideously unfit though. I think I should get snaps for just being in a swim suit. I'd go more often but there are no pools in town and I'm buggered if I'm paying £5 or more to use a gym one.

It's ridiculous isn't it? Closing bon accord baths was the worst decision the council have made recently. That's the good thing about being at my dad's I suppose, Ellon's a reasonable driving distance. I'm considering trying Kincorth for when I'm in town.
Tota pain if you dn't have a car though!

I've got a question for you which is medical related, although I'm not sure if you'd have any clue about what I'm talking about & I know I should ask my dr. but here's a shot.

so in august I noticed a lump in my right breast, went to the dr. etc, determined it wasn't a cyst. had a surgical biopsy in sept a it was determined to be a fibroadenoma...so now in november, I'm feeling another lump in the same breast closer to the arm pit, with pain in my arm. again its solid so I know its not a cyst. but do you think its possible that they missed it since the first one was nowhere near my lymphnodes? my grama passed in august of breast cancer, so I'm just a worrywart.

Fibroadenomas are more common than cysts in our age group and if you've had one before it's quite likely that that's all it is, but if you're worried then I'd just go and get it checked out :-)
Also if it's giving you pain it's very unlikely to be caused by anything nasty x
