Dude. Do you live in Africa? Do you have casual unprotected sex? Can you afford starbucks, jamba juice, ice cream, a new pair of shoes? Alright then. Skip the circumcision unless you want it for another reason. Use a condom. EVERY time. Know your partner/s. I mean like last name, detailed sexual history, etc. Get tested with them FIRST. If you don't feel confortable enough to talk about it with them, you shouldn't do it with them.
