The TV Season That Was '04-'05

Well, there was some really excellent TV, and some TV that jumped all the sharks at SeaWorld. Possibly the Pacific ocean, even.

Shows Safely on the Beach, Sipping Lemonade:

House. What can I say about House? It's snarky, it's brilliant, and it keeps getting better. My heart overflows with love and I pray that it shall not become shark bait

I'm kinda with you on most of these. I really wanted to like Lost, but I think it took so long working up a head of steam that it, well... *lost* a lot of people. Maybe it's one of those shows that plays a lot better on DVD, where you can get it all in large doses, and the grand plan becomes clearer. But, bottom line, the show never captured my heart the way Smallville and The OC did in their freshman seasons.

I guess I should start watching House, if for nothing else simply to *have* something to watch over the long, dry summer.

i started to think i was the cause of so many shows being cancelled. first it was jonny zero, and then point pleasant and then i was holding my breath for Veronica Mars. THOU SHALT NOT TAKE AWAYETH MY LOGANETH!

as for SV, cuz you KNOW I'm a fan, it hasn't just been thrown to the sharks, but I think AlMiles sprinkled some yummy Lanachum on it and then dumped it over board. eviiiiiil
