*HUG* yeah, but at least your close enough for that, and that, is something.
I'm betting its mostly just a bottoming out on my emotional cycle. Things were really great for a few weeks there.. then again, I'm also off the coffin nails.
*shrug* i'm still here, doing what I can for those who ask me.
Yeah, quitting the death sticks doesn't do your emotional state any favors, especially if done cold turkey.
You're gonna get a wicked cough soon, but it'll go away after you get all that crap out of your lungs. I really recommend spitting out what you hack up instead of trying to swallow it.
**GAG** actually, i've not had much cough action? largely i'm overwhelmed with sinuses as it's the changing of the season, and nearly time for my twice yearly nosebleed, as I'm sure you wanted to know.
Um, not completely cold turkey, maybe lukewarm? i'd been tapering off for a few weeks, and working up to it for months. Roommate had decreed the house smoke free again (she quit late jan/ early feb when she had a bout of plague that left her bedridden for a week) and I've had several friends begging me to stop, my daughter, and my doctor.. so.. it seemed like a good idea at the time..?
not really my emotional state i'm worried about, but the anger, the hostility, that's kinda freaky, and i can't imagine the nicotine withdrawal is that severe this time? then again.. who knows? could be....

I suppose that means I understand the inability to help a friend.
