This is such a creepy and awesome idea! I love your explanation for why Kurt picked up the sais and Burt's POV was perfect - fearful for his son (and his son's sanity), a bit melancholy, and still absolutely loving. Fabulous idea and wonderful execution.

Of course, now I want to know if any of Kurt's relatives have ever come to visit him... LOL.

Lovely imagery and I can easily see Kurt as Loki's son, as I am thinking that Kathryn is Loki (shapeshifter, ambisexual being anyone?)

OMG this had me sitting up in bed so fast I damn near got whiplash!!!!. Amazingly done and I would love to see a whole series of this....esp if Thor came for a visit......but more of Kathryn!Loki and Kurt would be awesome as well.!

Oh my stars and garters, this is genius! You've joined two so un-alike fandoms into something cohesive and wonderful! No I didn't see Kathryn=Loki connection but it adds a whole new dimension to his/her and Burt's relationship that's for sure! I'm really looking forward to the next installment of this fic.
