I don't know if this is an appropriate place to comment, really, and I hadn't planned on commenting yet until I'd finished because I've been racing through this fic, really eating it up, but Mr. Shuester--and the rest of ND--makes me so angry sometimes. It's almost as though he not only doesn't know anything, but doesn't want to know, so he closes his eyes and turns away from kids who need his help. He's not a very good adult, let alone a teacher.
“This time last year,” he said, in a bitter, angry tone, “I was sure I’d die. Either someone else would kill me - or I would myself when I was too tired to try anymore. Blaine saved my life. But it’s clear to me that none of you give a fuck about me anymore, if you ever did, so I’m not going to waste my time. I’m done with glee and I’m done with all of you.”
He strode down the riser and out the door. Will could only stare after him. “Kurt!” most of them shouted, but no one chased after him.This just said so much in so few words. All the anger and resentment and sorrow and fear and blame,

I am not a fan of Schue at all - he's actually my least-favorite character because he is so willfully blind. But I tried to not bash him, here. Just show how I see his actions.
He's not that good a man, but he thinks that he is. *shrugs*
