Anyone who's ever done accounting or administrative support work can relate hard to this. My sympathies in dealing with these feckless geniuses. Best phrase I ever learned: "sure, when do you want it by?". Tends to make them stop and think. A little.

Managing our expense reporting is part of my job and I'm not certain why its so difficult for really smart people, but hoo boy I've got several who just don't get it.

This felt very familiar but made me laugh not scream, well done.
