How did I manage that?
I don't cook a lot of fresh veggies. I get that from my mom. I buy canned or frozen. Lately though, doing menu mailer, I hit the produce section a lot more. I love that and Vince just realized that the menu mailer is (most likely) going to be using the produce that is in season as the time passes so that means that eventually we will get to try ( Read more... ) -
Double Birthday
Birthday wishes going out today to two fabulous mamas - loki_quinn and paixmaker. Hope its a great day for both of you. -
The verdict is in
Dinner is quite tasty. I cut the green peppers small enough that there are no complaints about it. The only thing is that there could have been a bit more liquid.
This recipe goes down as a keeper that needs some tweaking. Probably just add some more chicken broth. -
