First, I would like to say that this was supposed to be 2,000 words of Damon/Elena not!fic, where Damon kept appearing back in Elena's life, their relationship gradually building from there. ..Oh my dear God.
That was probably the most OOC Elena and Damon's themed story I have ever read and will but, screw that, screw the possibility! because what is more important that any reasonable explanation and any reality of anything, is the fact that.. they were together, freakin' together at the very end and it just makes my shipper crazy obsessed heart nuts and doing overtime. *thud*

I mean -I don't care if that was OOC. That was great. Crazy fangirls need these stories sometimes, especially hardcore fangirls who ship Damon/Elena. That's not easy, after all.. we have Bamon and Stelena after our backs and the whole shit explaining that she's meant to be with that good one. Screw that. LOL. Stefan's like that Tracy guy. Boring, utterly boring if not just dull.

This was really wonderful! I loved it.
I liked how you developed Damon and Elena's relationship with both of them remaining in character, and Stefan too (when he suddenly turns into a bastard or Elena forgets all about him in half a second, it takes me out of the story)
Just one thing, you have a misspelled Stefan (it's this line 'After the second message to pass along, Stephan asks, "Exactly how much was Damon around?"'). Just thought I should point that out :)

oh. my. god. This is so ridiculously fun! It's like the Damon&Elena BFF fic I've been dying to read, with a dab of romance on the top.

Lots of really fun moments, and hilarous Damon mental images. (and he so killed that girl's boyfriend for her--that is my person canon!)

I really enjoyed this.
