a) have US American dollars in your pocket (the visa is $25, the airport tax in Phnom Penh is $6, and the airport tax to get out of Siem Reap is $25)
b) ask for a customs form ON THE PLANE.
c) remember that people, even government officials, will be expecting bribes for stupid shit, like CUSTOMS FORMS (we did, ultimately, decide that that's what they were all waiting for)
