So, after an adventurous trip such as Carly and I took last winter, one of the most common questions (if not THE most common, next to inquiries about how the water of SE Asia worked on my stomach) would be, "what was the best part?" Simple enough, right? And really, I would have to answer that it was the Cambodian leg of the journey.

scary story. I'll let my friends know as they are planning on going to Cambodia this summer.

Yea, if anyone's going to Cambodia, remember to:
a) have US American dollars in your pocket (the visa is $25, the airport tax in Phnom Penh is $6, and the airport tax to get out of Siem Reap is $25)
b) ask for a customs form ON THE PLANE.
c) remember that people, even government officials, will be expecting bribes for stupid shit, like CUSTOMS FORMS (we did, ultimately, decide that that's what they were all waiting for)
