My Aunt announced my Step Mother finally got on facebook, can I make myself invisible so she can't add me? Not in the mood for my online activities to be reported to Dad nonstop although my Uncle Mike already does quite a bit I'm sure. You could just reject it, she wouldn’t know. I don’t know, I have family members who I can’t see at all on facebook. I don’t know if they blocked me or if they have their accounts set up some way.

I also think that if you reject the friends request on FB they won't see it.

Sorry about the Facebook/family situation - that can be rough! I doubt my advice would be helpful to you, because I don't think we deal with things in the same way... but, I hope you can work out a decent compromise! :-) *hugs*

If you block anybody they can't see your profile although they can see you commenting to others. So I guess the answer to total invisibility is no, you can't.

But if you reject a friend request she'll never know.
