RIP Adwaitya

Yesterday's NY Times Features an article on the death of a personal friend of mine, Adwaitya.  I was lucky enough to meet him just a couple of weeks before his passing.  Please take the time to read the article.  It would mean a lot to me.

Yesterday was horrific and wonderful.  Hours spent at service, trying to make the kids repeat their own names

poor adwaitya. it seems as though he lived a long, beautiful, happy, healthy life.

im feeling very emotional today and that article made me want to cry.
maybe time is just different for turtles. maybe they are in this "faster than the speed of light so time slows down" zone. that would be cool.

please don't cry. adwaitya lived a long, LONG, full life. all you need is a big hug from me and some indian goodies. soon, you will have both.

the scarsdale of kolkata, man that shit made me laugh. I tried to explain a rich neighborhood the other day and said just imagine scarsdale, but the person I was talking to had no idea, thought I was talking crazy. Oh, Scarsdale.
