We are now a requesting community. This means, you get to request stuff basically when you want it..however, be reasonable..don't request 10 things..especially when you aren't going to use it. I'm going to say 1-2 graphics per week.
There are FULL TIME makers..which you get to request from whenever you want..if you see that they have a lot of ( Read more... )

i read the new rules ... in order to request, one must have a particular maker in mind, right? no request just for anyone who wants to do it?
