I do love Death. Jeez this fandom, we're all "Satan is awesome! Death is the best thing ever!" Anyway...
The only thing I can come up with is if they melt the spoon and use it to solder a faulty pipe joint, but cheap diner tableware is steel and not silver. I know solder has silver in it at least, nut sure what all else, but it's so soft that there's no way you could eat with it.
Well Cas has gone from smite to kiss.
...Did they just cause the flood they're supposed to stop?
Well good, that would have been a little pathetic. I'm a little confused about how the spoon stopped it though.
Crowley now? Doing the Cas thing? If I was on that show I think I'd never look in a bathroom mirror, it seems to summon stuff.

Yeah, Death is a favorite. I think partly because of the way Julian Richards plays him, but he's also been in few enough episodes they haven't managed to mess him up.

The dam was faulty, so if Cas hadn't safely sluiced off the water, it would have burst, causing a flood. The spoon caused a clog, which caused them to evacuate, so Cas could jigger the controls. It's a little complicated. But I hope Death isn't angry that they lost his spoon. :D
Yup, it's Crowley. He's Sam's new bestie. Like it or not.
