rebeccafetch tagged me with this one. It's been a while since I've been tagged, and even longer since I responded. However... I will tag no one with this list. So there. Nya-nya-nyah.

2. How do you style your hair?
(1) Comb hair back.
(2) Put gel on hands.
(3) Put hands in hair.
(4) Comb hair back.
(5) Run fingers through hair to dispel that Used Car Salesman look that occasionally results from steps 1-4.
3. What are you wearing now?
Caffeine hoodie from ThinkGeek.
4. What's your occupation?
Technical writer. In other words, my job is to translate Engineering into English.
5. Do you nap a lot?
I'll nap when I feel like I need it, but for the most part I don't like the sense of losing a chunk of my day.
6. Who was the last person you hugged?
Carrie
7. What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
I love how this question is in the singular. Any geek worth his or her salt will have a list.

Migas at Cafe Brazil.
9. What was the last text message you received?
A message from my sister firming up brunch plans on Sunday. We went to Weck's, which is a breakfast-and-lunch place in Lewisville that will eventually lose all of its customers to cholesterol poisoning.
10. What websites do you always visit when you go online?
Woot, I Can Has Cheezburger, LJ, BoingBoing
11. What was the last thing you bought?
A Miskatonic University Alumni license plate frame.
12. What are you listening to right now?
Right right now? Just the whine of my computer's fan.
In the car? Podcasts. I listen to lots of them. The latest one I listened to is Episode 60 of Starship Sofa.
13. What's the last song that got stuck in your head?
"Here It Goes Again" by OK Go. Now that the Conspiracy song is fished out, it's free to play on its own.
14. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
The United States, of course. Russia seems kind of second-rate these days, and running China would just be weird. I wouldn't even know what to do with it.
15. What is your favorite weather, and why?
Cool and overcast but not raining. I love the atmosphere before a storm breaks, feeling as if the world had better hurry up and finish what it's doing outside or else it's going to get drenched.
16. If you could play any musical instrument, which one would you play?
Piano, and not just because "pianist" is a fun word to say. My great grandfather was an amazing ragtime pianist.
17. How are you?
Physically: healthy but out of shape.
Emotionally: better than I have felt for a while.
Mentally: bored enough to respond to one of these posts.
18. What's something you'd like to say to someone right now?
To my coworkers who'll be gone soon: I will miss you more than I can say.

This probably wasn't as humorous as you were hoping for, because the questions aren't terribly annoying. As a general rule, the crappier the list of questions, the more opportunities for humor there are. I realize that I may have just invited some truly abysmal lists.
