she's shri lankan, the song is ragga, mix of jamaican reggae-dub with desi beats and rythm. she's a garange DJ basically, indipendent producer, got quite hyped because of her recent album release where a lot of the biggest UK DJs produced her tracks. the clothes and the silly body language are used to convey the whole garage/underground aspect i suppose, as opposed to mainstream.
